Well I guess from an update of the current situation. The god damn landlord tried to sue us and in the end we ended up winning the case. He probably thought we were stupid and probably wouldn’t of gotten a lawyer. We counter sued him saying that he never even bothered to fix the restaurant when we needed him to.
